Houston company National Clean Fuels has signed a letter of intent to acquire the technology assets of Biotricity Corporation.
Biotricity, which is also based in Houston, TX, is developing a biomass energy generation system that can turn feedstocks like sawdust, woodchips or corn stalks “directly” into electricity.
The acquisition is being agreed for $500,000 a year over 10 years, or 10% of the profits, whichever is greater.
