Pennsylvania PUC seeks alternative energy credits administrator

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission is seeking an Alternative Energy Credits Administrator to help it implement the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act of 2004, as amended. The services required include verification of distributors’ and generators’ compliance, along with applications for alternative energy status under the Act, running from June 2010 until Dec. 31, 2013, with the option for two, one-year contract extensions. Proposals are requested by March 29, 2010.
