Monterey maintenance facility switches to solar power

Public transportation agency Caltrans has gained a new 9.6-kilowatt solar photovoltaic system at its maintenance facility in Monterey, California.

The system was installed in July by a partnership between installers Green Earth Engineering Corporation and Earth Electric.
