Biomass Fuels Summit

Oct. 12, 2010
Vancouver, WA

The Biomass Fuels Summit is a unique forum to have your voice heard in D.C. Come join USDA Secretary Vilsack or a member of his Senior Staff to discuss the importance of Biomass energy and Biofuels.

Come give your feedback on what kinds of Grants, Incentives and Programs you need to succeed. We have National Program Managers from the USDA, DOE and DOT coming to speak at the Summit about the newest programs, incentives and grants. They will also take your feedback on what you need to excel and create a profitable business and more green jobs.

The EPA will cover their rationale behind their Tailoring Ruling and boiler MACT standards. The panel discussion afterwards will go over those rulings and Scientists will review the rationale that Biomass is as polluting as coal. We will go over the rulings, implications and ramifications so that you know how to best strategize and plan for your business.

National Grant Managers and Your Needs taken back to D.C. The Agenda will be followed by top researchers and technologies. The Second day is a hands-on workshop making Advanced Fuels from Biomass. You can touch, feel, and make biofuels with various biomass energy technologies in one day. Stakeholders like biomass energy companies, trade associations, farmers, mill owners, landfill owners, municipalities, entrepreneurs, government officials and the general public are welcome. This will be a high-level networking event.
