National Fuel Gas Company sells landfill gas business

Western New York and Pennsylvania natural gas provider National Fuel Gas Company has sold its landfill gas distribution business.
The sale of the Horizon LFG business was to Dallas-based landfill gas company Toro Energy and an undisclosed buyer.
National Fuel, which has its HQ in Williamsville, NY, said the sale was part of its strategy to sell off non-core assets to focus on natural gas projects.
