Ram Power completes acquisition of Sierra Geothermal

Geothermal power developer Ram Power has completed its acquisition of Vancouver-based Sierra Geothermal Power Corporation.

The company based in Reno, Nevada, said today it has acquired all outstanding shares of Sierra, with Sierra’s investors entitled to receive Ram Power securities.

Completion came following final approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia on September 1.
