3MW solar plan for Colorado schools

Colorado’s third largest school district has signed a power purchase agreement to set up solar panels on 30 schools and an athletic stadium.

Douglas County School District is working with California firm Premier Power Renewable Energy, Inc., and REgeneration Finance on the project.

Premier will design, build and operate 3MW of solar systems, which will be financed and owned by REgeneration.
