Kansas City greeting card firm installs 44kW solar array

Corporate greeting card company Posty Cards has installed the largest private solar panel system in the Kansas City area of Missouri.

The 44.3-kilowatt installation comprises 198 Sharp 224-Watt solar panels, and is expected to offset around 11% of the company’s electricity usage.

The grid-tied, rooftop system was installed by The Energy Savings Store, and also features six SMA 7kW inverters.
