July 26, 2010

Green Plains Renewable Energy is to adopt corn oil extraction technology from GreenShift Corporation at five of its six ethanol plants.

North America’s fourth largest ethanol producer said it expected the $18 million project to boost its operating income by $15 million to $19 million per year.

The technology deployment by ICM, Inc., is expected to be complete by the end of the first quarter of 2011.
