RES America awarded 60MW Nebraska wind farm contract

Renewable Energy Systems (RES) Americas, Inc., has been awarded the balance of plant construction contract for a 60MW wind farm in Nebraska.

The company’s second wind energy project in the state, the Flat Water Wind Project is to comprise 50 wind turbines supplied by GW, scheduled for completion in December 2010.

The wind farm is being developed by a partnership between Gallop Power, Gestamp Wind North America and Banco Santander (see this BrighterEnergy.org story).
